Pichwai Royal Peacock & Lotus Combo Acrylic Cutouts Sheet

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, or any other reason unrelated to a product issue.

However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, you may request a return or refund subject to the following conditions:

Damaged or Wrong Product

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, you must provide an unboxing/opening video as evidence. The video should clearly show:

• The package before opening.
• The package being opened continuously.
• The product and any visible damage or discrepancy.
• The shipping label/order details on the package.

An unboxing video is mandatory for us to verify the issue. If you do not provide valid video evidence, we will not be liable for initiating a return, replacement, or refund.

How to Request a Return or Refund

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please send the unboxing video along with your order details to:
Email: balajiartandcraft@gmail.com/strong>

Our team will review the submitted evidence and determine whether the return or refund request is eligible.

Refund Processing

Once your return or refund request has been reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed within 7 working days. The time taken for the refund to appear in your bank account or original payment method may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

Important

We strongly recommend recording a continuous unboxing video immediately when receiving your order. This video serves as proof in case the product is damaged or the wrong product has been delivered.

We reserve the right to reject a return or refund request if sufficient evidence is not provided or if the request does not meet our return and refund conditions.
